When mommy is hard at work, Finley keeps her mind sharp by reading books (ALL the books) with Cake. I am so glad we share a love of the written word. #warriors.

Honorable Mentions: Baby's First Halloween; Happy Hanukkah, Cordoroy; Baby Bear Sees Blue; the book where people say "hello" in different languages (I cannot think of the name...); Babies and Doggies; and any book with her friend, the dog Biscuit (and his friend, puppy Puddles).

Readers, if you have ever spent anytime with Finley's mom then you know one of her prized possessions is her lucky Phillies' hat (even though she is a diehard Pirate's fan). There have been very few who have worn this hat, but I'd share it with Finley any day of the week. Next time, when it's this sunny, hopefully I will remember some sunblock. #learning curve
