As COVID-19 restrictions ease, Finley (Lovey and Ghost) are venturing outside of their bubbles. Camp Cohen, here we come! Finley loved relaxing and telling "jokes" with her buddies bodhi and Lev while enjoying a cool treat on "Noah's Ark."

NEW NORMAL

Our new normal includes many picnics with all of our friends 

Clearing out the dining room so that we can do performances, e.g., "ball shows" and "dinosaur shows"

And bathing our dinosaurs and other creatures over and over again and then letting them "air dry" on the porch swing. Finny dressed for the occasion in her "alligator rain boots" that look a lot like frog rain boots.

DUMBO THE FLYING ELEPHANT AND TIMOTHY THE CIRCUS MOUSE

Readers, I can imagine a burning question about Finley Patience Waskowicz is what is her favorite Disney Character. Is it Mickey? Minnie? Snow White? Cinderella? Donald? Goofy? No, it's TIMOTHY THE CIRCUS MOUSE, of course. In fact, during COVID-19, Finley has taken to carrying around her Dumbo and Timothy stuffed animals (courtesy of grandma and pap-pap) and her dumbo book...open to her favorite page - two kids teasing Dumbo and pulling his ears and Mrs. Jumbo (Dumbo's mother) protecting him...

ROAD WARRIORS AND ADVENTURERS

Finley and I hit the road and drove to D.C. to visit her blood brothers. The visit was exactly what we needed after about 50 days of one-on-one isolation.

GOING TO TAKE A RIDE IN MY LITTLE RED WAGON

I pulled out the little, red wagon during COVID-19 and Finny and Lev love riding in it together. We road with a wagon for of dinosaurs to arsenal park to play in a muddy puddle. Woohoo.

WALKING THROUGH THE WOODS

COVID-19 and spending time with a toddler results in a lot of perfect moments in nature. Nature makes it all better. Finley wanted to walk the entire way...that's my girl!
