NEW OBSESSION - LIGHT BRIGHT
Just like her mommy so many moons ago, Finley is a fan of light bright! Thanks grandma and pap-pap for this present. I explained to Finley that this is clearly an amazing toy as it has survived the "test of time." Now, explaining the "test of time" to a toddler is no easy feat...yet another reminder of how wacky the English language is (something I never truly realized until I tried to explain words and phrases to the precocious Finley).

CHORES - START THEM EARLY!
Finley is such a helper, always asking whether she can help out around the house. Turns out she is better at chores than her own mom!
She is an expert folder! No joke, she folded all of those wash clothes on her own.
"Sweeping" our sidewalk and the neighbor's (Lisa and Pat) because neighbors help each other. We love shoveling and digging for treasures (crystals)!

TBT - MOMMY AND ME - BICYCLE BUILT FOR TWO
Perhaps our favorite moments during our visit to Martha's Vineyard was riding in our bicycle built for two...Finny, Ghost, and Lovey buckled up and rode for miles and miles through the peaceful fields. Finny, ever the observer, loved every second.
Rain Delay! Though, we did get caught in the rain once, Gideon, kept our spirits up with his "goofing!"
Giddy (and ice cream) make it better (full disclosure, this is earlier in the day but this kept our spirits going during the time we were lost and caught in a torrential downpour)
