Here's to hoping that Finley is a little bit more pizazz in the kitchen than her mommy. I think she is off to a good start thanks to grandma and pap-pap's kitchen.

DATE NIGHT WITH SILAS
When Silas' mom, Emma, called to ask me if Finley wanted to go on a dinner date with Silas, Finley exuberantly accepted. We dined outdoors after a long, hard week of school/work this past Friday night at Bakery Square. Silas and Finley were smiles as they joked about eating squirmy wormies (aka spaghetti). Finley even brought her toy rubber snack to the date.
GUESS WHAT FINLEY WAS FOR HALLOWEEN?
ANSWER: For the fourth year in a row, Finley Patience Waskowicz was a ghost.
The new ghost costumer turned out to be a little too big and difficult for Finley to see while wearing (not to worry there is always next year)
LIKE PAP-PAP, LIKE MOMMY, LIKE FINLEY
The Waskowicz Christmas train has passed from generation to generation and now it belongs to Finley. Here, Finley is learning about the train from the absolute best-the one and only, pap-pap-who taught me everything I know about the Choo Choo train and the platform.
DINNERS BY THE MENORAH
Finley loves Hanukkah. We love sitting by the candles and playing our favorite Menorah game, guess which candle burn down first. Let there be light, quiet reflection, and time, time, time and more time with Finley. I am so lucky.
Side note: Finley's new favorite long sleeve/sweatshirt is her planet one - our record for wearing it consecutive days is four (4).
(Dinosaurs love Hanukkah too)
TWO BLONDE HEADS POKING OUT
During our Thanksgiving visit to the cousins, Isaac helped Finley "canon ball" into some of the biggest leaf piles any of us had ever seen. Thank you, Isaac for being so sweet and gentle with Finley.
